My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great for exploring attractions and dining options, but the room left a lot to be desired. The service was friendly and helpful, and the free offerings were a nice touch. Dining had its limitations, but there were positive aspects overall.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was nice, not far from attractions, and very convenient for exploring Gatlinburg, but I was disappointed with some aspects of the experience.
