My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great for exploring attractions and dining options, but the room left a lot to be desired. The service was friendly and helpful, and the free offerings were a nice touch. Dining had its limitations, but there were positive aspects overall.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was not well-maintained. It felt damp and musty, and I even noticed some mold behind the bed. There was dust all over and bugs from outside.
Service
7.0
The staff, including Vernon, were polite and helpful during my stay. However, I did notice one housekeeping staff member wearing a sweatshirt that said 'go bother someone else,' which was not very professional.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was incredibly convenient for exploring the sights and attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The free 24-hour water/tea/coffee and nightly popcorn were nice touches. However, there was a bad smell in some areas.
Dining
5.0
The grab-and-go breakfast during my stay did not include any protein items, which was disappointing. I found a great restaurant nearby called Little House of Pancakes for better dining options.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel facilities were decent, but nothing particularly stood out. It would have been better if there were more amenities available for guests.

6.0/10

The hotel is situated just a short walk away from the main attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Although the rooms were a bit run-down and had some issues with lighting, the price was quite reasonable. The service, unfortunately, fell short due to renovation work and some oversights in cleaning. The location is ideal, striking a good balance between accessibility and tranquility.

Rooms

The room smelled and looked terrible, and we faced issues with the lighting on the first night. Despite this, the price was reasonable compared to other options in the area.
Service

We experienced some disappointments related to the ongoing renovations and oversights in cleaning. The staff seemed friendly, but some issues affected the overall experience.
Location

The hotel's location was perfect for us, offering easy access to the main attractions yet away from the hustle and bustle. It was convenient for exploring both on foot and by car.

We didn't have the chance to enjoy all the facilities as expected, and the pool was not available during our stay. However, the designated smoking areas were convenient.

5.0/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was nice, not far from attractions, and very convenient for exploring Gatlinburg, but I was disappointed with some aspects of the experience. The rooms definitely need updates and maintenance, but at least there was adequate space. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some friendly interactions but also unpleasant encounters. The dining options were not ideal, but considering the price, it was manageable. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short in some areas, which affected the overall experience.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were not clean at all and require updates and maintenance. They had peeling paint on the ceiling, a lamp that did not work, and the thermostat was malfunctioning due to the A/C not shutting off.
Service
5.0
The service was a mixed bag. While some staff members were very friendly, there were also unpleasant encounters that affected the overall experience.
Location
7.0
The location was nice, being not far from attractions and convenient for exploring Gatlinburg. However, I was disappointed in some aspects despite the convenient proximity to the main street.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was not good, but considering the price, it was justified to eat elsewhere. There's a better restaurant nearby for breakfast as an alternative.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel facilities definitely need improvements and maintenance to enhance the overall guest experience.
